SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days.

Delivery is typically 5 to 9 business days after processing, so most orders arrive within 6 to 14 business days of being placed. These are estimates, not guarantees. Your order ships from our overseas manufacturing partner, and once it’s with the carrier the timeline is in their hands rather than ours.

Shipping is free on every order.

You’ll receive tracking by email once your order leaves the warehouse.

During November and December, carrier networks run slower than usual. Orders in this period may take longer than the estimate above. We’d rather tell you that honestly upfront than promise a date we can’t control.

Please enter your address carefully at checkout. Packages returned due to an incorrect or unclaimed address are subject to a $15 redelivery fee.

Delivery to remote areas and PO boxes may take longer and is not covered by our delay policy.

Preorder items show their expected ship date at checkout. If that date moves we’ll email you before it passes, not after.
